Sunday morning ponderings.
A current theme for me, seems to be how settling into, and allowing ourselves to sit with the things that we tend to want to reject or run from in life, can actually make our struggle a bit easier.
Uncertainty, doubt, fear, pain; the myriad of “negative” feelings that inevitably come our way are simply unavoidable.
So, what if we gave up the resistance? ...and approached our conflicts and heartaches with a, “Welcome, _________ (i.e. Uncertainty)... seems as if you’ll be with me for a time. Come on it. Let’s DO THIS.”
